MinterEllison, one of Australia’s leading law firms, continues to demonstrate its commitment to ending domestic and family violence by renewing its long-term partnership with Challenge DV.
This year marks the 20thanniversary of the partnership, which began in 2002 when Challenge DV, or Australia’s CEO Challenge as it was then known, was incorporated.
Robert Reed OAM, Special Counsel at MinterEllison, is the Founder of Darkness to Daylight, Challenge DV’s marquee community education, awareness and fundraising event for domestic and family violence prevention in Queensland.
Victoria Hepburn, Office Managing Partner, Brisbane for MinterEllison said: “MinterEllison has a long history of providing legal and professional services to create lasting impacts and to break the cycle of disadvantage in the communities we live and work in. Challenge DV’s values align with ours and we look forward to our enduring partnership as we tackle the issue of domestic and family violence together.”
Jane Hedger, Challenge DV’s Chair, said: “MinterEllison has been with Challenge DV since day one. On behalf of the Board and everyone at Challenge DV, we are beyond grateful for all the support and guidance that MinterEllison has provided over the years.
“With their support and partnership, Challenge DV continues to grow and adapt to make a significant impact. We are proud to have MinterEllison by our side every step of the way in ending domestic and family violence.”
